• Reception duties – answering telephones, emails and general administration.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Sales support
• Scheduling works
• Leading all calls and log
• Maintaining filling system
• Process and update personnel records and databases
• Ensuring invoices / Credit Control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and organised person who pays particular attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with the ability to multitask.
• Dealing with day-to-day duties of a busy office
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to be adaptable.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required.
